Rolled out and successfully executed a detailed Organisational Change management programme ‘Striving for Excellence’ which enabled Bilfinger to improve the performance of a strategic contract to a major client.
- The programme incorporated improvements to Culture, Organisation, Processes and Systems resulting in significant service delivery improvements. The quality, leadership and incisive focus enabled the Bilfinger team to make significant improvements during the lifecycle of the programme. The development of the performance improvement strategy and driving the improvement programme enhanced the multi site Integrated services contract (circa £ 40 mio pa)

- Provided the execution management teams with direction support regarding the future working relationships associated with an owner / subsidiary model change
- Provided senior executive support to the change programme organisation
- Developed and implemented significant organisation change to ensure a more effective and efficient long term mission and delivery model
